The Perfect Multi

This is the second overall health product on my list with 60+ different great ingredients. This product has a great amount of vitamins A, C, D3, and E which is great but it also comes packed with over 50 other great vitamins such as magnesium, Zinc, and Co Q10. This product is amazing in my opinion for people with LHON. Co Q Daily with
Resveratrol has a high level of vitamin A, D, E, and B12. The Coenzyme Q10 in
liquid form is highly absorbable and is one of those things I found to be

Asta-FX

This is probably the most exciting item on the list! This product boasts a
full 4mg of Astaxanthin. This is an antioxidant 6,000 times more powerful than

damaging free radical killer! So one of the main culprits in LHON is something
